At Indian Accent - Kitchen and Bar, our chefs with over 20 years of experience from 5-star hotel kitchens prepare these kebabs using premium minced lamb, hand-blended with a carefully curated mix of spices and fresh ingredients.
The minced lamb is mixed with ginger, garlic, green chillies, fresh coriander, and a secret blend of aromatic spices, then shaped onto skewers and grilled in our traditional clay tandoor at high heat.
